Representing globally recognised brands such as Shure and Harman, we work closely with enterprise and government clients to design scalable, secure, and high-performance communication ecosystems. We are seeking a driven and consultative Sales Executive to join our growing Modern Workplace & Unified Communications (UC) team. What you will do: Business Development & Account Management Drive revenue growth by developing and managing Large Enterprise and Government accounts, while consistently achieving sales and business development targets. Solution Selling Identify customer requirements and position integrated UC and collaboration solutions that align with clients’ IT infrastructure, hybrid workplace strategies, and digital transformation initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Managers, consultants, and channel partners. Ecosystem Collaboration Work closely with strategic technology partners such as Microsoft, Zoom, and leading AV/IT ecosystem providers to deliver certified and scalable meeting room solutions. Sales Operations Maintain disciplined CRM management, project tracking, pipeline forecasting, and coordination with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution. What we're looking for: Minimum 3 years of experience in UC, Enterprise IT, AV integration, Managed Services, or technology solution sales Proven track record in handling enterprise or government projects/tenders Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, and network-based AV solutions Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders Self-driven, proactive, and capable of developing strategic customer relationships
