We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate product information, quotations, and updates on order status. Process sales orders and coordinate with the logistics or warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in an efficient and professional manner. Maintain accurate customer records and service history within the CRM system. Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation. Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Sales Orders (SO), and coordinate delivery arrangements. Organize installation and product demonstrations for packaging and warehousing machines and equipment. Requirements: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new knowledge. Positive work attitude with the ability to work independently.
