Job Description Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the beverages and alcohol segment. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the consumer base. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on branding and sales initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within the beverages and alcohol sector. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Consumer Business should have: 10-17 years of experience in National level roles in FMCG. Proven expertise in sales management within the FMCG industry, specifically in beverages and alcohol. Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams. Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and business opportunities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
