Hi 👋🏼 I'm Steph , one of the Recruiting Managers at Ashby, and I’m excited that we’re growing our GTM Recruiting team! I'm an Ashby customer turned employee as of late 2024. At the time I was so excited to work with and learn from Jim , our VP of People and Talent, and see how this small but mighty company got things done, close to 2 years later I'm even more excited. I joined when the Talent team was just 5 people, and today we are a team of 17 spanning EMEA and North America with dedicated recruiting teams in Engineering, Sales & GTM. This hire will join us to support sourcing for our Sales teams. Joining the Talent team at Ashby is unique - we are the end user of our product and get to work with designers, engineers, marketing and other cross functional teams to share our expertise and feedback. One example of that? Liz’s episode on our #offeraccepted podcast talking about strategic sourcing work. Interest in our product is driving amazing growth and, as a People Team, we need to expand our capacity to hire. Not only will you get to help build the people side of our business but you’ll also get to become an expert user of our product and a thought leader on how to use it. You’ll get to make a lasting contribution to the whole recruiting community as we drive improvements across the talent tech space.
