Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for assigned positions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Create and post job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms and channels. Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability for open positions. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and talent mapping initiatives. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics to support workforce planning. Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires. Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices. Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required. Assist with other HR and talent acquisition projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination abilities. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
