Key Responsibilities Handle enquiries and provide professional customer service support. Process, verify, and maintain records for applications, claims, reports, and related documentation. Perform data entry, document scanning, filing, and database maintenance with accuracy. Liaise with applicants and external stakeholders to resolve application-related matters. Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and internal activities. Assist with event logistics and operational arrangements. Provide administrative and coordination support for system testing and improvement initiatives. Manage scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration duties. Support the team with various administrative projects and operational tasks as assigned. Requirements Minimum A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline. Available to commit for at least 3 months. Able to start work within a short notice period. Prior experience is not required; structured training will be provided. Interested in administrative operations within the healthcare sector. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
