Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of programme-related training sessions and briefings. Maintain and organise training materials, user guides, presentations, and documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate programme coordination activities. Assist in gathering, tracking, and managing stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives. Consolidate attendance records, training outcomes, and feedback data for reporting purposes. Prepare reports, summaries, and administrative documentation to support programme operations. Provide general administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects and initiatives. Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma qualification in any discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Comfortable working with various stakeholders and supporting cross-functional coordination efforts. Meticulous, adaptable, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
