Role Overview The Patient Collections Specialist is responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient phone calls to resolve outstanding balances, reviewing and mailing patient statements, setting up payment plans, and proposing accounts for bad debt. What You Will Do Handles inbound and outbound phone calls, communicates with patients, takes payments, and resolves issues.
