Job Description
Assist in delivering prescribed therapy programmes for individual and group sessions under supervision. Observe and report patient responses during sessions, including physical and behavioural changes. Prepare therapy areas, materials, and equipment, ensuring a safe and organised environment. Coordinate patient transport arrangements, including safe driving, route planning, escort coordination, and vehicle upkeep. Requirements: Certification in Therapy Support Services or NITEC in Community Care / Social Services At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or patient care environment. Responsible, patient-focused, and committed to maintaining safety and dignity in care delivery. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a care team. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
