Key Responsibilities: Manage front counter operations and provide professional customer service. Register patients and ensure accurate maintenance of records and documentation. Prepare and process patient-related administrative paperwork. Provide financial counselling and assist with billing-related enquiries. Collect payments and ensure accurate processing of transactions. Perform daily reconciliation of collections and payment records. Handle incoming phone enquiries and provide prompt assistance. Manage email communications and coordinate responses efficiently. Support the team with additional administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Min N/ O/ A Levels/ NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma in any related course of studies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable customer & patient-facing responsibilities.
