Well Established Company Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Basic $ 3200 to $ 5000 + AWS + VB Working location: North-East Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) Job Responsibilities: Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and tender submissions based on project drawings and technical specifications Review and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), costing summaries, technical proposals, and related tender documentation Compile costing for ELV, BMS, and related systems implementation works Coordinate with internal project and technical teams, as well as external vendors and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines Support tender submission activities and ensure submissions are completed within timeline Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to support cost-effective project solutions Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and solution vendors Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards Support updating of company marketing materials and website content when required Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or related field Relevant experience in QS for Electrical & ELV systems Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
