Our client, a renowned building & construction firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Quantity Surveyor RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage pre- and post-contract administration of assigned projects. Prepare tender documents, review specifications, and liaise with contractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and support project teams, accounts, and finance teams. Assist senior managers with daily operations and provide support in their absence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors. Resolve contractual issues, monitor project costs, and ensure expenses stay within budget. Evaluate bids, recommend contract awards, and negotiate with vendors for cost reductions. Oversee procurement, verify payments, and ensure timely payment collections. Provide regular project cost and budget reports and handle final account closing. Maintain proper project documentation and attend site and other necessary meetings. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E/Quantity Surveying, building, or supply chain-related procurement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Resourceful, independent, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is preferred.
