Our client, a renowned real estate developer firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Procurement Quantity Surveyor (Procurement) RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with Business Units to understand sourcing requirements and provide timely procurement support. Review submissions and work from external consultants, such as M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors. Manage the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and contract administration for development and procurement projects. Source, assess, and recommend new contractors or suppliers based on a structured qualification and selection process. Provide cost analysis and estimates to support business decision-making. Track market trends that may affect material and service availability, pricing, or procurement strategies. Support contract reviews and negotiations, and help maintain contract documentation. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and performance. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E/Quantity Surveying, building, or supply chain-related procurement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Resourceful, independent, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is preferred.
