Job Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting payroll and procurement processes, and assisting with various audits. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of core accounting workstreams and contribute to the ongoing development of our finance practices as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Month-End Close: Support the monthly financial close process by preparing journal entries, completing account reconciliations, and ensuring all close tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Audit Support: Support annual financial audits, tax filings, and various other audits (e. g.

, financial, tax, workers comp) by preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and responding to auditor requests. Full-Cycle Accounting: Execute day-to-day accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing (A/R & subscriptions), general ledger, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
