The Growth design team focuses on optimizing customer journeys from acquisition to activation to engagement. This team operates at the intersection of user behavior, experimentation, and visual storytelling. Designers partner closely with product, engineering, data, and marketing to rapidly test and iterate with the goal of driving sustainable business growth. As a Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of the strategy and execution for high-impact growth initiatives—including promotional offers, activation experiments, and early product experiences. You’ll craft compelling designs that perform well in A/B tests, while championing user value and visual excellence!
