About the Role: We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our accounting team team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting close process. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes as the accounting team prepares to operate as a public company. You will report to the Senior Manager of Accounting. If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. What You Will Do: Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of assigned areas, including preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and conducting flux analysis. Responsible for accounting activities related to cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and intangibles. Provide detailed reports and analyses to internal stakeholders to support financial reporting and decision-making. Assist in responding to audit requests.
