Job Description

VitalBio is transforming diagnostics to make proactive care accessible to everyone. We're building technology that can run comprehensive blood tests in minutes, inside clinics and eventually across new care settings. As we enter an important period for the company, we're looking for a highly organized Project Manager to help keep our brand, video, and design work moving. You'll work closely with our creative, product, leadership, and external partners to coordinate the work behind videos, decks, web updates, brand materials, office collateral, and other design projects. This is a 6-month contract role for someone early in their career who is sharp, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to help a fast-moving creative team do excellent work on time. Key Responsibilities What you'll do • Manage timelines, task lists, reviews, and follow-ups across brand, design, video, and marketing projects. • Help coordinate video projects from pre-production through post-production, including schedules, shot lists, asset collection, reviews, and delivery. • Keep creative workstreams organized across internal team members, freelancers, agencies, and vendors. • Track project status, owners, deadlines, blockers, and next steps so nothing quietly falls through the cracks. • Coordinate design requests for decks, printed materials, office signage, collateral, website assets, and social content. • Join creative reviews, capture feedback, clarify decisions, and make sure the right people know what needs to happen next. • Help maintain clean folders, asset libraries, briefs, reference materials, and production notes. • Support vendor coordination, scheduling, invoices, contracts, and logistics where needed. • Be the person who brings calm, clarity, and momentum to a lot of fast-moving creative work. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What you'll bring • 4+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, production, marketing, design coordination, or a similar role. • Strong organization and follow-through — you love making lists, tracking details, and closing loops. • Comfort working across many types of creative projects, especially video, brand, design, web, decks, and content. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Good taste and curiosity about brand, design, storytelling, and how creative work gets made. • Ability to work with designers, writers, videographers, freelancers, agencies, executives, and technical teams. • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. • High agency — when something is unclear, you ask, clarify, and move it forward. • A low-ego, team-first approach; happy to do the detailed work that makes great creative possible. Nice to have • Experience coordinating video shoots and creative output. • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, startups, or in-house brand teams. • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, Linear, Google Drive, Figma, Slack, or similar. • Interest in healthcare, science, hardware, or mission-driven technology. Benefits How we work Vital is a late-stage startup building at the edge of what is possible. The work is ambitious, the timelines are real, and the details matter. The people who thrive here are proactive, thoughtful, organized, and energized by helping talented teams do their best work. This role is in office 5 days a week because the work is highly collaborative and often tied to physical products, creative reviews, shoots, printed materials, office moments, and fast-turnaround execution. If you want to help shape how a generational healthcare company shows up in the world, we'd love to meet you.
