As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** - Lead strategic transformation projects from initiation to delivery, acting as Product Owner with hands-on technical understanding. - Manage the LATAM Performance Management program, refining operational metrics and OKRs, and enhancing governance and reporting. - Promote a data-driven, continuous improvement culture through training, mentoring, and collaboration with D&A teams. - Identify and guide process improvement initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supported by market analysis and benchmarking. **How this opportunity is different** This role offers the chance to lead high-impact initiatives across LATAM, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
