Junior Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, coordinating project activities, supporting system implementation, and ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions. You will work closely with business users, developers, UX/UI designers, content authors, and external vendors to translate business needs into functional requirements, manage project activities, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and drive successful project implementation. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a passion for digital platforms and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications and user stories. • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder meetings and user discussions. • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital transformation projects. • Coordinate project schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables to ensure timely project execution. • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, UX/UI designers, content authors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. • Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for technical teams. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking and issue resolution. • Monitor project progress, identify risks and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. • Assist in change management activities, user training and adoption of new digital solutions. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, process flows and functional documents. • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards and agreed timelines. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes and digital user experiences. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline. • 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Project Management or Digital Project delivery. • Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation. • Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , Content Management Systems (CMS) or digital experience platforms will be an advantage. • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall. • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage competing priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills • Experience supporting website, portal or digital transformation projects. • Familiarity with digital content management and website publishing processes. • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar project management tools will be an advantage. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
