In this role, you won't just track tasks; you will own outcomes. You will be responsible for driving the deployment of advanced automation and workflow optimizations that scale our business operations.
The ideal candidate possesses a natural instinct to take immediate initiative without waiting for direction, uncovers problems before they happen, and figures out the "how" independently.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership:Take full accountability for the planning, execution, and delivery of core internal system upgrades and tech-driven projects. Process Automation & Innovation:Critically evaluate current workflows and leverage modern software, internal tools, and automation to streamline operations.
Cross-Departmental Synergy:Coordinate and communicate seamlessly across multiple remote departments to keep all stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables. Risk & Deviancy Management:Proactively monitor project health, raise deviations early, and design logical solutions to unblock technical constraints.
Documentation & Data Mastery:Maintain hyper-organized, central repositories of project data, making complex technical processes clear and actionable for the team.
