SAP SuccessFactor Consultant

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. • Be a productive member of the team. Requirements • Mentor junior SAP SuccessFactors consultants. • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, etc.). • Deliver ITSM KPIs, including SLA, MTTR, escalations, and incident reduction. • Deliver DevSecOps KPIs, including DORA metrics and change deployment rate. • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors platform. • Mandatory experience with Employee Central. • Experience in at least 2–3 of the following modules:Onboarding, Recruiting, Talent Management (PMGM, Succession), Learning, Employee Central Payroll (Netherlands preferred) • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Finance, Other enterprise systems • Understanding of: Employee lifecycle management (Hire to Retire), Recruitment and onboarding, Performance and talent management, Payroll processes (Netherlands preferred) • Master data management in SuccessFactors. • Role-Based Permissions (RBP). • Business Rules configuration. • Workflow configuration. • Incident triage for HR systems. • Workflow and data issue debugging. • Functional and configuration root cause analysis. • ITSM tools and ticketing processes. • Basic understanding of SAP ABAP. • Basic understanding of SAP BTP, middleware, IDocs, and API integrations. • Experience with Employee Central Payroll. • Knowledge of Netherlands payroll compliance. • Understanding of SaaS application lifecycle. • Experience with SuccessFactors release management. • Basic understanding of integration with: AS400 systems, Thinkwise applications, Master data systems • Exposure to HR process automation. • Experience with monitoring and alerting. • Business-oriented thinking. • Ability to understand HR business processes. • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. • Ability to work with HR teams, SAP CoE, vendors, and external partners. • Attention to payroll accuracy and employee data integrity. • Ownership and reliability. • Proactive issue resolution. • Strong focus on business continuity and operational stability.
