The site's senior leadership is structured around three - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience building and managing large and high performance teams - Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions - Speak, write, and read fluently in Portuguese - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience in warehouse operations and logistics or equivalent
