Job Description
**Internal Technical Recruiter**:
Remote | EST/PST Coverage | Full-Time | Tech Hiring Focus What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles
- Conduct **structured, skills-based technical interviews**
- Source and engage passive talent using ATS and sourcing tools
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine requirements and strategy What You Bring
- 2-3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in a **staffing or in-house** environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in modern ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to work **Eastern hours**, with some **flexibility across time zones** Bonus Points
- Familiarity with distributed teams or remote-first companies
- Process-driven mindset with a knack for refining recruiting workflows
