If anyone is interested, please share your resume to rishabp@acestackllc.com Job Title: RSA Archer Business Analyst Primary Skills: RSA Archer Job Description Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews. • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows for RSA Archer SaaS . • Support the design and configuration of Archer applications, including workflows, questionnaires, data models, and reporting. • Develop and execute test cases, support SIT/UAT , defect tracking, and QA activities. • Collaborate with business and technical teams on test strategy, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release support. • Create and maintain BRDs, FSDs, data mappings, user guides, test plans, and test results. • Develop dashboards and reports for risk, audit, and compliance stakeholders. • Support Agile delivery and enterprise GRC transformation initiatives. Required Skills: • 3 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with RSA Archer . • Experience with Archer Evolv . • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. • Hands-on experience in QA, test planning, UAT, and defect management. • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Knowledge of Archer modules such as Operational Risk, IT Risk, TPRM, or Audit Management. • Experience with APIs, ETL, data mapping, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, OSFI) is a plus.
