Business Analyst

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. This position is essential for driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives within the organisation. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions. • Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and processes. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. • Support user acceptance testing and training for new systems and processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar position. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
