Within the Europe Strategic Marketing team, you will define and drive the European 360° marketing strategy for your activation portfolio, ensuring excellence from strategic planning to flawless market execution.
As Senior Marketing Manager – Fragrance, you will lead high-impact omnichannel activations across Europe, acting as the strategic owner of your campaigns while orchestrating their operational deployment with cross-functional teams and local markets.
You will be responsible for ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints, balancing European strategic ambitions with local market needs, and continuously optimizing business performance.
1. Lead the European 360° activation strategy
Own the end-to-end development of your activation portfolio (e.g. Holidays, Fragrance Newness and other key commercial moments), from strategic brief to market implementation.
You will:
• Define the 360° activation strategy in line with business objectives and customer priorities.
• Translate strategic ambitions into actionable omnichannel activation plans.
• Build and manage project roadmaps, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery (OTIF).
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Retail, E-commerce, CRM, Social Media, Media, PR, Studio.
• Partner with Category Managers to define relevant product assortments supporting each activation.
• Prepare and lead governance meetings, consolidating recommendations and securing CMO validation.
• Cascade strategic decisions and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Develop activation guidelines and Marketing Bulletins to ensure consistent execution across European markets.
2. Drive operational excellence & digital integration
Ensure seamless execution of all activations by coordinating internal experts and embedding digital at the heart of every campaign.
You will:
• Act as the main marketing partner for Digital teams across all activations.
• Ensure consistency between marketing strategy and digital execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, collaboration and ways of working.
• Guarantee an integrated omnichannel customer experience across all touchpoints.
3. Drive performance analysis & continuous improvement
Measure campaign effectiveness and transform insights into future recommendations.
You will:
• Monitor activation performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead qualitative consumer testing in collaboration with the Insights team.
• Organize cross-functional post-mortem (REX) sessions to capture key learnings and best practices.
• Consolidate campaign results and present recommendations to European markets during annual restitution meetings.
• Leverage insights to continuously improve future activation strategies.
4. Partner with European markets
Act as the key marketing contact for countries throughout the activation lifecycle.
You will:
• Support local teams in deploying the European strategy.
• Ensure consistency while adapting recommendations to market specificities.
• Gather market feedback and integrate local learnings into future plans.
• Foster strong collaboration and engagement across European markets.

Au sein de l'équipe Marketing Stratégique Europe, vous définissez et pilotez la stratégie marketing 360° européenne de votre portefeuille d'activations, en garantissant l'excellence de son élaboration stratégique jusqu'à son déploiement opérationnel sur les marchés.
En tant que Senior Marketing Manager – Parfum, vous pilotez des activations omnicanales à fort impact à l'échelle européenne. Véritable garant de vos campagnes, vous en définissez la stratégie tout en orchestrant leur mise en œuvre avec les équipes expertes et les marchés.
Vous veillez à assurer la cohérence de l'expérience client sur l'ensemble des points de contact, en conciliant les ambitions stratégiques européennes avec les spécificités locales, tout en contribuant à la performance business.
