**Requisitos**: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; - Experience in embedded systems development; - Fluent in English, both written and spoken; - Automotive knowledge - Understanding how different systems in a truck/car interact and work together; - International and multi-cultural experience with a global organization; - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and requirement tools; - A solid technical foundation in software development in general; - Experience in supplier management is beneficial. **Atividades**: - Manage Epics/Projects in Curitiba VT's portfolio; - Work closely with Epic owners/project managers in the different streams to provide a complete solution and consolidated view from Vehicle Technology; - Secure clear scope and requirements and manage balancing activities if needed; - Be able to work in waterfall and agile wow environments; - Define and communicate time-plan/milestones/integration points; - Manage breakdowns and refinements with impacted streams; - Support/manage quality investigations in the department; - With help from streams, manage and govern the project cost; - Secure that deliveries and releases are performed in line with agreed plans, quality, and cost targets; - Support/represent VT in different governance forums; - Collaborate with teams to improve processes and strengthen the ability to deliver sustainable and relevant technical solutions; - Manage top risks and deviations. **Escolaridade Mínima**: Ensino Superior
