We’re looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to: - build complex financial models and preparing valuation, merger, and other analytical exercises - draft presentation materials, management & Board materials, Memoranda, and other presentation for use in M&A and ECM transactions or strategic client dialogue - prepare and support on sector analysis - keep abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the latest developments in the structuring and execution of transactions - identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside senior colleagues and investors - execute transaction specific responsibilities, including help with organizing and project managing M&A and ECM process, support due diligence, deal documentation and announcement preparation, liaise with relevant counterparts at the clients and other advisers **Your team** - You’ll be working within UBS BB’s Investment Banking team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you’ll play a important role in the full cycle process of transactional execution including idea generation, preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis **Your expertise** - ideally 1-3 years of experience as an analyst in a Full-time Investment Banking team within a bank or advisory boutique - proven understanding of transaction cycle and execution process steps as broader investment banking products - solid financial analysis and modelling skills, including LBO and DCF valuation - self-directed, entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and able to work independently - eagerness to learn, develop and grow within corporate finance, focusing on Investment Banking - great communication skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders - ideally fluent in English, other languages will be considered as a plus **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
