We’re looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to: - build complex financial models and preparing valuation, merger, and other analytical exercises - draft presentation materials, management & Board materials, Memoranda, and other presentation for use in M&A and ECM transactions or strategic client dialogue - prepare and support on sector analysis - keep abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the latest developments in the structuring and execution of transactions - identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside senior colleagues and investors - execute transaction specific responsibilities, including help with organizing and project managing M&A and ECM process, support due diligence, deal documentation and announcement preparation, liaise with relevant counterparts at the clients and other advisers **Your team** - You’ll be working within UBS BB’s Investment Banking team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We have a sound reputation with an exemplary track record, recognized by clients, other advisors, and competitors as one of the leading franchises in the Latin American market. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you’ll play a important role in the full cycle process of transactional execution including idea generation, preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis **Your expertise** - ideally 1-3 years of experience as an analyst in a Full-time Investment Banking team within a bank or advisory boutique - proven understanding of transaction cycle and execution process steps as broader investment banking products - solid financial analysis and modelling skills, including LBO and DCF valuation - self-directed, entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and able to work independently - eagerness to learn, develop and grow within corporate finance, focusing on Investment Banking - great communication skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders - ideally fluent in English, other languages will be considered as a plus **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
