Job Description
Senior Talent Relations Manager, BrazilAmazon MGM Studios is seeking a Senior Talent Relations Manager to lead and own the talent relations strategy and execution across Brazil.
This role will be the senior - 7+ years of creative executive experience - 5+ years of series development experience - 10+ years of unscripted development and current programming in network/studio and production company roles experience - Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs - Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production - 8+ years of experience in talent relations, talent management, or senior entertainment marketing roles within the entertainment industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian entertainment industry, including key power players, agency landscape, production ecosystem, and cultural dynamics. - Experience leading high-profile talent activations at scale (premieres, press tours, awards campaigns, major events).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
