We are searching the best talent for **Gerente de Tecnologia da Informacao - LATAM Consumer Health - Supply Chain** to be in Sao Paulo or Sao Jose dos Campos. **Purpose**: The LATAM Consumer Health Supply Chain Business Technology Leader is a Sr. Manager position who will be responsible for all End to End Supply Chain IT activities in Latin America. This position will be the single point of contact to the regional supply chain business leadership team and will define technology strategy and negotiate technology options. This position needs a strong, seasoned leader who is technology adept, has strong supply chain knowledge and has strong leadership skills. This position will be located in Sao Jose dos Campos. **You will be responsible for**: - Be responsible for the development, growth and delivery of the Consumer Health Supply Chain IT portfolio of projects for the Latin America Region. - Work cross-functionally to ensure that all projects with regard to Quality, Service, Growth and Value are executed to exceed business metrics. - Be responsible for process standardization, portfolio execution, and technology roadmap development to transform the process End to End supply chain process for the Latin America region. - Generate, manage and prioritize Demand as it fits within the regional supply chain and IT strategy. - Possess proficiency in E2E SC Tools including Digital and Analytics Solutions (Intelligent Automation & Data Science) - Own and deliver the supply chain budget for the Latin America region, including solutions for management decisions. - Possess a strategic vision for End to End supply chain operations. - Develop a strong partnership and heavy interface to business partners. At this level, the position has a direct contribution to the development of business and/or functional strategies. - Investigate & suggest a pipeline of advanced E2E supply chain technologies to be implemented in accordance to the Consumer and Enterprise SC IT strategy. - Ensure Agile principles are embedded into all projects. - Responsible for all talent development within the team regionally (directly or indirectly reporting).
