Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for capital markets projects;
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals;
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions;
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibly studies for new initiatives;
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users;
- Maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides;
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting capital markets technology; **QUALIFICATIONS**: - Experience as business analyst in financial services or capital markets domain;
- Understanding of trading systems, risk management, and regulatory requirements;
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team;
**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of programing languages or scripting (e.g.: SQL)
