Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Program Manager for the Trans Execution BR team to drive strategic programs and optimize HUB Short Term Capacity Planning across Brazil.
Thriving in an environment of high ambiguity, - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field - Experience with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems - Experience implementing process improvements - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management - Work a flexible schedule/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
