We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Asset Management and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end D365 F&O implementations across various industries.
This role requires deep domain expertise in manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and asset lifecycle processes. You will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions to improve operational efficiency, drive digital transformation, and support strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on SCM and Asset Management modules—from discovery through to go-live.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing D365 F&O solutions.
• Configure and optimize key modules, including:
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Procurement and Sourcing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Master Planning
• Product Information Management
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to define solution design, data flows, and integration strategies.
• Implement integrations using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Dual Write, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous process improvement.
• Lead data migration planning, validation, and cutover activities.
• Provide leadership in Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Power Platform integration.
• Manage system administration tasks including user roles, security, and data governance.
• Support post-implementation enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
• Solid experience on Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in SCM and EAM modules.
• Proven experience integrating D365 F&O with external systems (APIs, Logic Apps, Dual Write).
• Solid understanding of Power Platform, PowerApps, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in data migration strategy and execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant Associate.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries.
• Exposure to digital architecture and enterprise integration frameworks.
