Finance Data Modeller

• Other • Melbourne • Contract • Finance transformation and enterprise data modelling • Strong focus on GL, Chart of Accounts and ERP finance data • SAP, JD Edwards and data migration experience highly regarded We're seeking an experienced Data Architect, Data Modeller or Technical Business Analyst with strong corporate finance domain expertise to support a major finance transformation initiative. This role will focus on defining and standardising financial data structures across multiple ERP environments, including General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, cost centres and reporting hierarchies. Working closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders, you'll help shape the future-state information architecture that supports enterprise-wide reporting and business performance management. Key Skills & Experience • Demonstrated experience modelling corporate finance data • Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL) structures • Experience designing or rationalising Chart of Accounts • Finance transformation or ERP transformation experience • Finance data migration experience highly regarded • Experience working with SAP and/or JD Edwards environments • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Background as a Data Modeller, Data Architect, Technical BA or Finance Systems specialist Desirable: • Databricks • OneStream • Power BI • Enterprise reporting and performance management platforms This is an opportunity to influence the future-state financial architecture of a major organisation, working on a strategic transformation program that will shape enterprise reporting, analytics and business performance management for years to come.
