Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers and stakeholders
• Deeply understand the business logic and hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies (to identify, attract, and retain key employees)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical (Software Engineers — C#, Python, Rust, ML, QA — as well as Product Managers, Product Designers, Global Services, etc.) and non-technical positions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Admin, etc.)
• Collect, analyze, and improve recruiting metrics and statistics
• Monitor the recruiting budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Negotiate and prepare job offers for final candidates
• Act as an employer brand ambassador by promoting a positive candidate experience
• Lead or participate in other HR projects (Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Referral Program, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 5 years of proven in-house recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing or international companies
• Strong experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles ( International hiring )
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all seniority levels
• Hands-on experience with modern sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional communities, referrals, networking)
• Conduct structured competency-based and behavioral interviews using the STAR method to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit
• Confident Excel skills for recruiting analytics (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables)
• Basic understanding of HR administration and local labor legislation (Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey)
• Ability to calculate and explain gross/net salaries , fixed and variable compensation components, and key recruiting metrics
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills ; ability to work with multiple stakeholders in parallel
• Professional working proficiency in English (C1) , fluent Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory) , and fluent Spanish (mandatory) .
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and readiness to take responsibility
• Willingness to go the extra mile to close critical roles
• High level of professional curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse , BambooHR , Outlook 360 , Zoom , and Figma
