We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Auth0 Platform Infrastructure team. In this highly visible role, you will be the driving force behind the core infrastructure and platform capabilities that power Auth0’s immense global scale. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for critical platform components including intelligent rate limiting, high-volume streaming data architectures, and overall cloud resilience. As a leader in the platform space, you will tackle multi-dimensional scaling challenges—including those introduced by the rapid adoption of AI agents—and ensure our platform remains highly available, secure, and performant for thousands of enterprise customers relying on us for mission-critical authentication. What You’ll Do Define the Platform Vision: Own the roadmap and strategic direction for key infrastructure components, ensuring alignment with Auth0’s broader platform strategy and vision. Enhance Cloud Infrastructure & Resilience: Champion initiatives related to cloud architecture, including Geo HA failover mechanisms, AWS PrivateLink implementations, and service-only failovers to guarantee "four nines" reliability. Scale AI Agent Identity & MCP: Lead the infrastructure strategy for Model Contex
