Senior Digital Project Manager

We're partnering with a growing Brisbane software consultancy that's built a reputation for designing and delivering high-quality digital products for clients across Australia. Unlike many delivery roles, this isn't about managing governance, running endless Agile ceremonies or coordinating large corporate programmes. It's about building software. You'll work alongside developers, designers and clients to take products from discovery through to launch, helping shape solutions, remove blockers and keep delivery moving. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple industries, technologies and products rather than spending years on a single platform. What You Will Work On • Lead the delivery of custom software projects from discovery through to launch • Partner directly with clients to understand business problems and shape product direction • Translate requirements into clear, actionable work for engineering teams • Prioritise backlogs and refine user stories to maximise customer value • Work closely with developers to solve problems, remove blockers and keep delivery moving • Coordinate releases and ensure products are delivered to a high standard • Collaborate with designers, developers and leadership to continually improve delivery practices • Help evolve the company's product delivery capability as it continues to grow What We Are Looking For • Experience delivering digital products within a software consultancy, agency or modern SaaS environment • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and software development lifecycles • Comfortable working directly with software engineers and discussing technical solutions • Experience managing product backlogs, prioritisation and stakeholder expectations • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work directly with clients • Positive, proactive and commercially minded • Someone who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions and delivering outcomes • Experience managing multiple products or projects simultaneously Nice To Have • Previous experience as a Software Developer or Technical Business Analyst • Mobile application delivery experience • Exposure to modern web or mobile development environments • Experience working within a fast-paced consultancy or digital agency • Passion for building and launching products Why You'll Love It • Build products from idea through to launch and see your work in the hands of real users • Work alongside talented developers and designers in a genuinely collaborative environment where decisions happen quickly • Variety of projects across different industries, no spending years maintaining a single enterprise platform • Small, high-performing team where you'll have real influence over delivery practices and product direction • Modern Brisbane office designed for collaboration • Cold drip coffee on tap ☕ • Subsidised gym membership • Regular team lunches, social events and a culture that genuinely enjoys working together If you love the buzz of taking an idea, building it with a great team, and launching products that customers actually use, this is the role you've been looking for.
