YOUR ROLE As a key valuable member of this winning national Legal Project Management (LPM), being led+ mentored by a top HEAD legal project manager you’ll thrive on+love : · Consulting/advising+ managing relationships with partners, lawyers, clients+ external service providers; · “The A to Z” full involvement/responsibility –ie Strategising+ planning/budgeting+resourcing+actioning+performance monitoring challenging legal projects (mainly large litigation/corporate cases); · Devising best practice standards+implement tech solutions to improve processes/increase efficiency/reduce risk; · Creating content for LPM training programs+presenting to internal lawyers+external clients. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: • Have 5+ years’ experience EITHER as a litigation/corporate lawyer (managing large/complex cases) OR are a non-lawyer with specific legal project management (LPM) experience; • Have had ‘full-spectrum’ experience (from initial consulting to planning to execution) +proven ability successfully delivering on time/budget large legal projects (including litigation cases); • Have stand-out communication, people/relationship skills+ are a strategic+ commercial thinker; • Are super organized+ deadline driven + can deliver even under pressure/tight time frames; • are hungry to carve out+grow a long-term career as a specialist legal project manager with a first-class global firm which heavily invests in their staff; • are willing/able to relocate to Melbourne.
