Senior Talent Relations Manager, BrazilAmazon MGM Studios is seeking a Senior Talent Relations Manager to lead and own the talent relations strategy and execution across Brazil.
This role will be the senior - Experience dealing with high profile talent - Experience owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines - 8+ years of experience in talent relations, talent management, or senior entertainment marketing roles within the entertainment industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian entertainment industry, including key power players, agency landscape, production ecosystem, and cultural dynamics. - Experience leading high-profile talent activations at scale (premieres, press tours, awards campaigns, major events).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
