Job Description

Responsibilities • Assist the Lead Consultant in project management and daily operations. • Oversee site planning, including facilities, hoarding, access, and crane requirements. • Evaluate project programmes and monitor work progress. • Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental measures are implemented effectively. • Arrange mock-ups, sample unit inspections, and trade demonstrations. • Coordinate submissions and queries from contractors, ensuring timely responses from consultants. • Review and evaluate contractor progress claims. • Monitor acceptance inspections and ensure timely submission of Request for Variation Orders (RVOs). • Track and manage the engagement of Registered Inspectors (RI Arch and RI M&E). • Plan, inspect, and coordinate the handover of completed works. • Supervise upgrading works to ensure quality workmanship. • Direct RTOs in supervision and site management activities. • Assess and recommend contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims. • Support the Lead Consultant during the Defects Liability Period. Requirement • sPossess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree • .The degree shall be recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineering Board) or BCA • .A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in residential projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience • .Successfully completed the certified Construction Safety Course for Project Manager conducted by training providers accredited by MOM .
