Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily construction site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines Coordinate and supervise workers, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and resource use Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel Monitor workmanship quality to meet company standards and client expectations Resolve site issues promptly by applying strong problem-solving skills to minimize delays and risks Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to align site activities with project goals
