YOUR ROLE AT SIXT In case of breakdowns and accidents, our team ensures that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle. We work closely with various insurance and roadside assistance companies, processing their orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone, then creating orders and reserving the requested vehicles. YOUR SKILLS MATTER Customer Orientation : You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction. Language Proficiency : Fluent in German and English ; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus. Effective Communication : You are open-minded, communicative, and enjoy writing and making phone calls. Flexibility : You can adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment, including availability for night shifts . Teamwork : You collaborate effectively with other team members, contributing to an international and dynamic environment that fosters cooperation. Solution-Focused : You have the ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction. You have initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook).
