Job Description Manage end-to-end legal and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across the FMCG/BPC business. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, distributor, influencer, employment, lease, NDA, and service contracts. Oversee compliance with Legal Metrology, Drugs & Cosmetics, Consumer Protection, DPDP, Environmental, ASCI, and other applicable laws, including license renewals and regulatory filings. Provide legal advisory and risk assessment support to management on strategic, operational, and corporate governance matters. Handle litigation, legal notices, consumer disputes, and intellectual property matters, including trademark filings, renewals, and infringement management.
