Previous commercial rating experience. License highly preferred. This roleis responsible forproviding high-quality rating and marketing support to agents and account teams across IOA locations. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, technically proficient, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a commercial lines background. Key Responsibilities: Support Agents and Teams: Deliver rating and marketing support to agents and account teams across IOA locations. Quote and Bind Coverage: Provide quotes and bind new business and endorsements through multiple carriers. Carrier Communication: Build andmaintainstrong relationships with carrier underwriters through frequent and professional communication. Carrier Updates: Stay informed on changes in carrier appetite, coverage options, billing procedures, and system enhancements. Marketing Strategy: Research and apply marketing solutions tailored to client and carrier needs. In
