Job Description
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms. Create, edit, and publish marketing content for social media, websites, brochures, and promotional materials. Manage and update the company's social media accounts by preparing engaging posts and responding to customer enquiries where required. Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and marketing activities with internal teams and external vendors. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Prepare marketing reports by tracking campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales leads. Maintain and update customer and marketing databases for effective communication and follow-up. Liaise with graphic designers, printers, advertising agencies, and digital marketing partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Support email marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and customer outreach initiatives. Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase customer traffic and sales. Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, consistent with the company's branding, and compliant with company standards. Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital advertisements. Monitor marketing budgets and maintain records of campaign expenses. Prepare presentations and marketing proposals for management review. Support customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives by maintaining customer communication and feedback records. Perform administrative duties related to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and preparing correspondence. Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives. Undertake any other marketing-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
