You will share in the profits generated from the growth you bring. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and acquire new clients to expand our market presence. Leverage your network among C-level professionals and senior executives. Manage the end-to-end executive search process, from interview to offer management. Offer advisory services and tailored recruitment solutions to clients. Represent the brand at conferences and networking events to drive business growth. Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with a client management background. Self-directed, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
