ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Client Success Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, naturally curious about client needs, comfortable taking ownership, and capable of becoming a trusted partner for merchants operating in fast-paced and complex industries. WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON Managing merchant relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with existing merchants Driving account growth through retention, upsell opportunities, and commercial optimization Preparing tailored commercial proposals based on merchant needs and business opportunities Supporting the processing and qualification of new inbound leads Managing and maintaining CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility Coordinating merchant onboarding processes and monitoring merchant performance after launch Analyzing traffic, transaction volumes, approval rates, conversion metrics, and business performance Identifying operational risks, growth opportunities, and areas requiring escalation Delivering regular reporting, forecasting, and actionable business insights Acting as a central coordination point between merchants and internal teams (Routing, Technical Support, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Partnerships) Supporting merchant launches, payment method activations, and ongoing operational activities Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities Contributing to new business development and merchant portfolio expansion WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE At least 2-3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, Merchant Success, or Sales within fintech, payments, PSP, acquiring, or related industries Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant operations, settlements, and payment methods Experience managing me
