Brief Summary: Join a dynamic team as a Specialist in Cloud Operations, focusing on Kubernetes, Monitoring, and Automation. Leverage your expertise to enhance service efficiency and drive innovative solutions. Responsibilities: Gather and analyse metrics from operating systems and applications for performance tuning and fault identification. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance services through testing and workflow optimization. Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning. Develop sustainable systems and services through automation practices. Balance feature development speed with reliability against established service-level objectives. Proactively identify issues, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement using automation. Work with delivery teams to ensure timely project delivery that meets operational requirements. Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and possess some development knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 6 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or related domains. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Proficient in programming using high-level languages, with knowledge of both structured and object-oriented programming. Familiarity with infrastructure management and CI/CD processes.
