Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER This is a fully remote position. PURPOSE As a Project Manager within Ascend Enterprise Solution, you will lead medium-to-large technology projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

You will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery, effective communication, and alignment with business objectives.

This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple concurrent projects and working within both Agile and traditional delivery environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Execution & Delivery Lead technology projects from initiation through completion using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate project resources and activities across multiple internal teams. Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary. Support project financial tracking, forecasting, and budget management.

Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, and client expectations. Assist in documenting lessons learned and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Agile & Process Support Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e. g. , Refinement Meetings, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to enable Agile best practices across teams.

Work closely with Solution Architects to define, prioritize, and refine backlogs for iterative delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization within Agile teams. Track Agile team performance metrics, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous value
