Work location is at Jalan Tepong. Jurong West area, near Jurong Fishery Port. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (LEAD RETAIL SALES & MARKETING) As a Sales & Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities would include (but not limited to): To develop new business opportunities in Sales, BD and Retail through extensive networking. To capture market share and lead the Company to a strong leadership position in the Tourism Retail sector To achieve contact and collaborations with the different stakeholders in the tourism sector eg tour agencies, tour guides. Generate revenue among the contacts in the extensive networking, including through upselling and cross-selling to the different contacts in your networks. Planning and arranging contracts for the collaboration partners. Work with team to plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive sales, BD, online sales, partnerships, attraction and retail sales. Oversee Company’s Above The Line campaigns and Below The Line advertising for retail and general marketing, including creative conceptualization, copywriting, brochure print, distribution management, campaign roll-out and performance reporting through close collaboration with Sales, BD & Marketing Department and Ops department, and marketing and media agencies. Work with Sales, BD & Marketing team to ensure consistency and accuracy in brand identity and brand marketing. Lead long term retail marketing strategies, provide market insight to create a positive perception of the brand (tourism retail), continuously push and maintain the brand’s position as the Iconic No.1 Singapore Heritage Brand in food gifting souvenirs. Work closely with team and 3rd party vendors and designers on brand marketing, brand narratives, key messages, conceptualization etc. Work with team to develop trade marketing strategies and collaterals to maximize brand's presence in the identified overseas market, travel agent partners' platform and across MICE & Trade channels for Corporate, Special Events and Tour
